Great discussions at our annual lab retreat in Mont-Saint-Anne!

Yesterday, the team took a break from the usual routine and headed to Mont-Saint-Anne for our annual lab retreat. We discussed common roadblocks, brainstormed on possible new techniques, experiments and collaborations, and settled on ameliorations for the general lab functioning. It is always refreshing to step away from our desks and lab bench to discuss ideas in a more relaxed setting.

We, of course, also took time for team-building activities like hiking and board games before treating ourselves to a traditional "tourtière du Lac-Saint-Jean"! We are going back to the lab with new ideas and renewed motivation!
